If you’re not satisfied, simply get in touch using our refund request form within 21 days of your original purchase. All we ask is that you tell us briefly why the plugin didn’t work out — your feedback helps us improve.

Our support team may reach out to offer help or ask a few questions, and once we have everything we need, we’ll process your refund within 7 days.

A Quick Note About Renewals

Our refund guarantee only applies to first-time purchases.
We do not issue refunds for subscription renewals.
But don’t worry — you’re always in control.
We’ll send you a reminder 3 days before your license renews, and you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard to avoid the renewal charge.
When you cancel, your plugin will keep working under the GPL license, but you’ll no longer receive updates or support once your current license period ends.
